We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and packaged to arrive safely.

International Order

We will ship to international destinations.  We will contact you via email for international shipping/handling  costs.   All international orders will be charged actual shipping costs. It is dependent on weight and destination.

All shipments made outside Dubai  may be subjected to import custom charges, duties, fees and/or taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please check with your local Custom Office for an estimate of charges on your order.

In addition, all international orders are required by law to have a completed customs form attached to the shipping package declaring the full value of the merchandise contents.  An invoice will be included inside the order with no exceptions. Please do not ask us to mark your package as a gift, we cannot and will not do so.

Delivery

Currently, our scheduled courier pick-up from our store is only on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays.  Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery within  Dubai and Sharjah from the day of courier pick-up and 2-3 working days for all other Emirates.  For GCC Countries , delivery is 1-2 working days. Please note we will not send your order unless payment is received.

Self-Collection of Order

There will be no delivery charges imposed should you opted to self-collect your orders from our location during business hours.  Please indicate this option in the comments section as you place your order.

Returns and Exchange

We cannot accept product returns on cash refundable basis but we will gladly accept unopened, resellable products within 7 days of purchase for an exchange . Please call us at 050-8708621 or email us to let us know about your exhange. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.  We cannot accept returns of papers, stickers, magazine and sale items.
