Prices are quoted in UAE dirham and no further discount will be  given except during our sale or  promotion period. We try our best to be accurate with our pricing online. The pricess quoted at our retail store supersede any prices listed on the website.  All prices are subject to change in accordance with current foreign exchange rates and other commercial factors.

ORDERING

You will be able to order through the following means:

Online Store

Our site uses a shopping format basket. Select products you want to add to your basket.  Before check-out, you will be prompt to login to your account. If you are a new user, you will need to register and all your billing and shipping information will be automatically filled out for you at checkout every time.
As you browse our online store, simply add the products that you want into your shopping cart.  If you want to remove an item, click on the Remove box of the the item you want to remove and then click Update. This will clear the item from your order. You may also edit the quantity of your items and click Update.

If you are happy with your order, click on Checkout and the next page will show your delivery address details for review and confirmation and the shipping option. If everything is correct, then select the payment method and click on Confirm Order.

• Confirmation E-mail

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.  This will confirm that we receive your order; however it will not confirm stock status. If you do not receive any email confirmation for your order within 24 hours, kindly contact our store .

Email

We are able to take your orders via email. If you do choose to order via email, kindly provide your name, address, contact number, shipping and payment methods and item numbers of products to purchase.

Store Visit

You are most welcome to come and shop at our retail store during business hours. We are closed on Fridays. Business hours are from 9:00-7:00 PM Sunday- Thursday.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We offer the following payment options.

By Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard, and all such payments will be in UAE Dhs. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card info online, you have the option to checkout using  offline payment method. Just click the "Cash on Delivery/Pay By  Phone" option and indicate in the comments section that you will pay by credit card offline.  We will call you after your order is placed, get your card details either by fax or telephone depending on the amount of the transaction and process the order manually. You can also use "Cash /Credit Card" checkout method when you self-collect your order from our store and pay by Cash/Credit Card.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you should your credit card be declined.  If we are unable to contact you within reasonable time period your order will not be processed.

Detailed payment instructions for bank transfer or cheque payments will be emailed to you after we received your order. We will send you our bank account number and confirm the cost of the order including shipping charges. Goods will be shipped once the funds are received in our bank account. Payments must be received within 7 days from the date of purchase, otherwise the order will be automatically deleted from our system .  We will not be able to hold goods pending bank transfer or cheque clearance.  We will promptly inform you should the products become unavailable subsequently.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

All orders submitted are final and cannot be cancelled.

We make every effort to only list products that are in stock. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from your order and  have the remaining of your order shipped to you. We do not backorder products that are out-of-stock.  Kindly reorder when it becomes available.
